For spelling mistake in registration of ipcc iin father's na

07 November 2014 sir,
I am student of ipcc since 2009. The registration letter sent by icai does not mention the name of father in its reg. letter so my attention never go on this but when I was filling my exam form where father's name is incorrect.
So sir please suggest me what I do. sir I am in very tense please sir resolve my quarry please please

Make a call to icai registration office and follow the precedure suggested to make rectifications as required
