13 October 2014 party giving me all material for stiching cloth (its called garment ) so i ask that i have to take service tax number or not
i ask two CA both reference are diffrence 1) u have to take
) u have no need to take its a service tax fre

so please reply

If you are doing only stitching work then no Service tax is applicable.

Taxable service under the law includes designing of goods intended to be worn by human beings.
