sir ,
if the assesse file the return of asst. year 2014-15 in feb-15. and tax on income is rs.4100/- his tds is 58000/-. after file return assesse found the mistake and want to revise his return of new tax rs.10000/- .
may he file revise return.
plz guide me

No, Assessee can not revise the return as it was not filled within due date.

As per sec 139(5) now it cannot be revised since original return was filed after the due date mentioned u/s 139(1)
