What would be the rate of tax on Maintenance or Repair services such as "Concrete Floor Treatment" of Residential complex and Commercial complex etc.

Please guide me HSN Code and GST rate on above mentioned service.

04 July 2017 99541 is for construction services of buildings where 1 is for i.e. 995411 Construction services of single dwelling or multi dewlling or multi-storied residential buildings
2 i.e. 995412 is for Construction services of other residential buildings such as old age homes, homeless shelters, hostels etc....and so on
995419..... Services involving Repair, alterations, additions, replacements, renovation, maintenance or remodelling of the buildings covered above.
