if there assesses forgotten his/her password and also he/she forgotten his/her securities questions. he/she is non residence of indian. he/she has his/her PAN card and there was no any return filled by her/his in past history and now he/she want to file her/his return so there is any other option to generate new password ? and ya past email id is also forgotten by assesses ...is there any option for receive password instead of generate digital signature?
