is this necessary to file return for all persons who's income is less than the slab rate limit as per gov. norms....????for individual mens if his taxable income is less than 1,10,000 rs for AY08-09... it is necessary to file return or not...????

It is totally depends upon the source of Income. For example, if suppose the income earned from Professional Service and tax is deducted by the payer, then it is better to file the return.

I am Asking about income other than head salary...????does it necessary to file return to every one who income is less than exemption limit....????
