01 August 2013 Dear Sir,

I have to file a return whose income received from professional income his tds is also deducted u/s 194J pls tel me which ITR form i have to filed for this.

01 August 2013 It depending on the assessee's interest to maintain the method of accounts But generally Income tax shall accept Mercantile method as well as according to the service tax view also mercantile method is suitable as per the present provisions of the service tax.

So my suggestion is mercantile method of accounting is better and suggested
