can I register for cs?I completed ipcc but now iam doing ca articles 1st year.can I do ca with cs simultaneously. .plZ give me suggestion

Yes, as per ICAI you can do other course but you submit information regarding the other course and you must obtain consent from the Institute for doing other course. This purpose you required to submit a Form which is available in ICAI website.
