our product chapter heading coming under FPS scheme, for example 8417 and sub heading 17
next two digit not coming in the list.

whether is this enough for claiming the FPS.

or full eight digit should be required.

can we eligible to get the FPS.

01 December 2013 only 8517 70 is in the 37D list, is it enough to claim FPS.
