Sir,
If we make any fixed assets purchase and has been engaged in that vat, then how we will get her input.

One can get Input set off from Purchase of fixed assets if and only if the fixed assets is used to generate the revenue (MVAT) in future that means engaged in prodution etc.
If you are end user of the fixed assets you wlll not be able to clia set off.
