Can we recognise shrubs and plants (eg. crotons, etc) inside the building as assets?
The company shows that Rs.70,000 is the value of those assets.
Can this be recognised as assets or it has to be written off as miscellaneous expenditure?

It is an revenue expenditure and should be charged to profit and loss a/c.
