17 March 2011 Can someone please tell me when the financials of the listed public limited Company is required to furnish its books of accounts to registrar

17 March 2011 when they are called for..thats it

17 March 2011 i am not clear. as per Companies act every Company have to furnish accounts related to the financial year . It may be Less or more than a Calendar year, but it shall not exceed 15 months and it may extend to eighteen months with special permission.but i dont have idea about what are sebi guidlines relating to this in case of listed public limited Company.
