Does we need to write the cc exam for postal students?? i heard that the institute will not give any result or certificate even after we had submitted the cc answers. can u pls give the site where i can get the answers of dec 2013 cc question paper at-least group-4?

You need to submit only for cc papers, after valuation papers will be come back to your address and Course completion certificate also come
