Why has been it is written everywhere in amendment book as Fiance Act (No. 2) Act, 2009.

Why is this No. 2 written along with Finance Act 2009 ? Does it is expected from students to write the same in the exam ?

24 February 2010 Finance Act (No. 1) of 2009 was issued and presented to th eparliament before the dissolution of the old government i. e. before we went into lok sabha elections.

The finance act (No. 2) was passed after the formation of new government. So finance act (no. 2).

The students should preferably write the same in exams.
