Sir, i belong to southern region. To register for final course i took DD ppayable at New Delhi. Should i cancel and take a fresh payable at chennai

Yes you have to cancel it, but confirm once if it is Chennai or Delhi before doing that.

for registrations we need to give DD only payable at chennai
recently i have done registration in bangalore and taken dd as payable at chennai..
i dont think they will accept this dd ,but better if you can contact icai..and confirm

i googled many sites. Its not mentioned clearly anywhere. Is it possible to get instruction for filling the form

Do not Google it out. The form you purchased has instructions apart from this you may contact Chennai office at 044-39893989. I am know ssure it is payable at Chennai, why don't you get it confirmd from your regional office. Have authenticated info in money matters.
