I am currently registered under old scheme(in sept 2007) with articles of 3 years, next year I want to switch over to Final (New) course, So whether I am eligible to appear in Nov,2009 Final exam under new scheme or in may, 2010.

You can appear in any exams as per your eligibility. I hope you have submitted your CC. Good Luck. You need to pay Rs.1100 to transfer the Course.
