i have cleared my ipcc both groups in may 2013 and started articleship from august 2013. so am i eligible to give november 2015 exam?

Yes u r eligible for Nov. 15 attempt. U can appear to finals if u have completed 24 months(without leave) of article training & is in last year of ur articles.
