Respected Sir, Recently President of ICAI has said in his message that now student routed through PCC can give final attempt before 6 months of the completion of the Articleship. My question is that the student who has completed their PCC & used 180 days leave, is entitled for more 3 months leave for the final attempt? This decision is very good, but Is this really beneficial for such type of student??
Please give me Advise(If possible, also give some basis). Its very Urgent.

No leave is allowed in excess of 180 days in the whole articleship period of 3.5 years. so a student who has utilized 180 days leaves (excluding sundays) is not allowed (and advised) to take any further leave (though u can take them, resulting in extension of articleship period).
So in nutshell, no extra leaves for final exams if appearing in b.w articleship period.
for more info, refer ICAI's announcement on its website.
