Film production will not attract any of the commercial laws. Film or tele film screening is taxable under Karnataka Entertainment Tax Act.....mjk

Under Karnataka VAT there is a description of Works Contract "Processing,printing and supplying of Cinematographic films" It attract 5.5% tax. Pls clarify. Is it applicable for service tax.
