Filling of return

14 August 2013 sir,
My clint has recieved form 16A for deduction of TDS u/s 194H
But he does not mantain any records relating to books of account as he not know about it.
So, how can i fill return and please mention type of return?

14 August 2013 Take the amount paid from Form 16A as the gross receipts.

Since he is earning commission income he is required to file ITR 4 since Section 44AD is NOT applicable to commission income.
