Sir, Can Assessee have running coaching classes of IELTS and computer for Foreign study file return under ITR 4S if his gross receipts is 5 Lakh

Yes you can do it as the same is not covered under the definition of Profession. So if you show your profit more than 8% of 5 lakh, you can file return in 4S
