Filling nil returns for partnership firm

partnership firm has no profit/loss (it not doing its business for previous year) than only it responsibility to file nil return.please give answer as much as fast.or if answer is not than what effect will be there??

20 August 2011 Yes it has to submit the return. Every partnership firm has to file the return u/s 139(1).
