respected professionals,
I want to know that can i file e return of income tax for AY 2014-15. Does it attract penalty. how can i pay if penalty occurs.

The return can be filed upto 1 year from the end of the assessment year( now amended from FY 16-17) . The return of A/Y 2014-15 could have been filed only and only upto 31.03.2016, therefore you can not filed your income tax return of AY 2014-15 now. If you receive any notice under section 142(1) , then return can be filed in pursuance of that notice
