Can anybody plz tel me urgently how to file return of a person who has different address in PAN card details and now has different place of residence

File the return on the basis of address of residence.Since address is not mentioned in the PAN Card it is considered only as identity proof and not as address proof.

Yes, you can file the return. But still, I would suggest you to get the address changed on PAN card too as soon as possible.
