Hello...
Plz let me know whether can a company file e-tds return for the FY 2010-11in the situattion wherein the company has not deposited any tds to the account of government for the said financial year. If, yes what is the procedure? If no. what are the consequences and how can the company issue Form 16 & 16A on quarterly basis?

With out payment of TDS - TDS return & form 16 is not possible,no such procedure also
