Is there any section for filing of returns
to the salaried & bussiness people under ITR 1,2,3.

02 April 2012 Section 139 of the Income Tax Act deal with filing of returns.

Howeevr, Section 130 DOES NOT prescribe the forms to be used for filing the returns.

The forms are prescribed every year by the Income Tax Department.
