Filing of return of income is necessary or not

05 August 2010 Ours are the following trust (Status - AOP)
1. Employees group gratuity trust
2. Officers superannuation fund scheme

In both these cases there is no surplus or deficit in income & expenditure account.

Whether it is necessry to file the return of income or not.

Please advise me.
