Dear experts, is it possible to file ITR -4S for AY 2011-12 & 2012-13 if the assesse don't have a bank account and the income is below exemption limit, in the form it is mentioned that it is mandatory so if we fill 000000 as account number will it create any problem? Please advice, thanks.
