can i file an incometax return showing tax as payable.

which section permits to file income tax return to file without paying tax or showing tax as payable

30 August 2013 Section 139 was ammended to add a provision to count a Return defective if self-assessment tax has not been paid on or before due date of filing Returns

so pay ax before filing of return
