Our one client is now not required to be got audited his accounts under section 44AB of income tax act, 1961 due to not having turnover more than 1 crore but he wants to get audited his accounts.
Whether the due date of filing of ITR is 30th sep or 31st July.
If answer is 31st July please give reason of the same.
