Filing of form 17 for satisfaction of a charge

Sir, we have satisfied our three charges from the same bank out of which two charges falls on the same date. so, could you please tell us whether a single form 17 shall be filed for a satisfaction of a charge or a separate form is to be filed for each charge.

For each charge ID that has been created, each Form 17 should be filed.
