Filing of AR-3A (after certification of warehousing) to CEx

We are working as DTA unit and issued AR-3A i.e. application for removal of excisable goods to 100% EOU against CT-3. Recently, we received one copy of AR-3A after Certification of Warehousing by the jurisdictional Superintendent of Central Excise of 100% EOU. Is it require to submit in original before our Range Superintendent or DGFT Authority for claiming post export benefit like DBK? Kindly guide us.
