Hi, Income Tax is new to me. My org has deducted TDS@ 10.3% for the last financial year,ie 2008-09 fro providing professional services as i am an contract employee. Now i want to file return. I have no idea about what are the rules/ regulations available for Income tax and how i can claim it back. I ll be gratefull if anyone can guide me on this. thanks in advance...

Hello Pranab, the last date for filing return by an individual is 31 july.
Return for income under the head business & profession is filed in form ITR 4.
First you should check this form because it is typical, then you can ask the points in your mind regarding its fulfillment.

Just go through ITR-4 & fill complete return otherwise get the help of any tax consultant or TRPS
