I want to file my It return, but on Adhar card I dont have registered Mobile card. Without that can I file my IT return

you can file return by mentioning Aadhaar number in ITR form, E-verfiy return through net banking or send Signed copy to CPC .
You can add new mobile number in Aadhaar center than link New mobile number to Aadhaar , after words you can e verify return you will have 120 days to E verify return , you can also E verify through net banking.
