At the time of reg. Under Dvat, I m trying to upload rent agreement of 4 pages in PDF. Dvat requires Max 100 kb. How it is possible to convert 4 pages in 100 kb without loosing quality.

This is very stupid condition while registering under DVAT, same problem occur with us also while doing registerations under DVAT. Kindly note that quality of document does'nt matter after uploading all documents (no matter how and in what quality) you will instantly receive a Provisional certificate and you can start your work on basis of that but you have to show all documents when inspection is done on your premises by department.
