Hi, A friend of mine has recently come from abroad and is starting a company here. His revenue source will be in form of Foreign Exchange. I wanna know what are the steps to comply with the FEMA Act and Regulations from Step 1 i.e; the registration precodeure etc. I am new in to field and hence would like the experts to help me.

We will need more clarity as you are saying company whether it is a incorporated or firm or some other form. Because compliance will differ under each different category.
