I just want to know that my client is an NRI and a director in foreign Company also running a proprietorship in India. My client wants to borrow fund from that foreign company on repartriation basis so whether he can do it or not ?

you must check the Fema regulations in this regard as it director is of foriegn co and there is inflow of money in india by him via borrowing from foreign co.
