Dear All,
One of my Client's Company is having outstanding balance of their foreign suppliers for more than one year. They have not communicated with RBI on this front.
What is the procedure for repayment of same??
Also, can the same be converted into Share Capital??

in this Regards write a request letter for reason so that department does not impose penalty on you.
