Fees for increase in auth. capital

12 June 2014 Our Company wishes to increase its auth capital from Rs.20 crores to Rs.40 crores.


How much will be the fees for this ?

I have roughly calculated the fee and it is coming out to Rs.15 lacs.

Please advice and rectify if I have calculated the wrong amount.
