FBT on Service tax on expense

07 May 2008 Will FBT be levied on the amount of service tax on expense incurred ? E.g. Expense Rs.100/- Service tax on this exp Rs.10/- So, FBT will be levied on Rs.100/-or Rs.110/- ?

Some notification or circular or case law or some news had come in this regard. If anybody could provide the same, it would be of great help.....

07 May 2008 FBT should be paid on amount debited to our books of accounts inclusive of service tax.
