CAN I HAVE TO PAY EXPENSE INCURED FOR EMPLOYEE TRAINING OUT SIDE INDIA

UNDER SECTION 115WB(2)(C),EXPENDITURE ON IN HOUSE TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES DOES NOT ATTARACT FBT (EXCLUDING TRAVEL,BOARDING AND LODGING EXPENSES WHICH ATTRACT FBT).
EVEN EXP. ON ATTENDING TRAINING PROGRAMMES ORGANISED BY TRADE BODIES ATTRACT FBT UNDER SECTION 115 WB(2)(C).
SO IN YOUR CASE IF THE TRAINING ABROAD IS INHOUSE AND EXP. DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL,BOARD AND LODGE,THE SAME DOES NOT ATTRACT FBT.
