1,Previously in my company has accunted uniform allownaces in staffwelfare now in advertisement. can any one give answer that m i correct or not. 2,on ocasion of diwali company given gift to staff that is sweets,silver coin bedsheet etc. those are booked under staffwelfare but on view by auditor festivel . so, this correct or not on regards of company. Can any one give answer that can i booked under staffwelfare account.

Uniform Exps should be booked as Staff Welfare Exps n Uniform Exps Are not Liable to Tax The Gifts given to Employees on ocassion of Diwali should be treated as Festival Exps
