If a company has paid FBT for financial year 09-10 as the company was not aware of withdrawal of FBT from financial 09-10, whether the company can treat as advance tax paid? If yes please tell the related notification or circular?

Refer Circular NO 2/2010, Dated: January 29, 2010 which states that Advance FBT paid shall be treated as advance tax paid for income tax for FY 2009-10.
