Please inform if FBT will be applicable on travelling expenses,Conveyance expense incurred by a film production company which forms a part of the cost of production of the film.

FBT has been removed from the FY 2009-10.
If the above expenses relates to FY 2008-09 my opinion is FBT is applicable on these expenses and such FBT paid will aslo form part of cost of production of film.
