We are paying incentive to our sales executive for excess achievement their target. So, please tell me sir, FBT required to pay on this incentive.

Incentive is form part of salary. It should be included in his salary. hence no FBT.

It is definitely a component of salary and taxable as such. Hence, FBT is not payable.
