i want to close my company under fast track exit scheme.plz tell me detail procedure.
what will be the treatment of fixed assets,bank accounts,income tax refundable of previous year.etc

I think, In this year MCA has not implemented this scheme. Last Easy Exit Scheme was in 2011.
