21 March 2013 If a company could not deposit advance tax by 15.03.13, can it deposit now or it should deposit after 31.03.13 as self assessment tax.

21 March 2013 It can Pay Tax even before 31.03.2013 still it will be considered as Advance Tax for Section 234B, and Interest u/s 234B still can be avoided by paying Advance Tax.
Else u can pay SA Tax after 31.03.2013.
