I failed to file return on 31 march 2012 for a.y 2011-2012 can i file it now there is no refund nor any tax liablity.

01 April 2012 YES YOU CAN FILE THE RETURN UPTO 31-03-2013. NOTICE OF PENALTY MAY COME. BUT CAN BE WAIVED IF SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR NON FILING ON TIME IS GIVEN.
