12 June 2017 Dear i had already tried

12 June 2017 Then copy your error google it & find solutin. I do same when not getting any solution. Because that is technical mistake in pc not on site.

24 July 2024 The error message you're encountering suggests that there might be a port conflict issue with the EMSigner application that you are using for your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Here’s how you can troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

### Steps to Resolve Port Conflict Issue with EMSigner:

1. **Close Other Applications**: Make sure that any other applications that might be using ports are closed. These ports are commonly used by various applications, especially web servers and networking utilities.

2. **Check for Background Processes**: Sometimes, applications or services run in the background that can occupy these ports without your knowledge. Use the following steps to check:

- **Windows**: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to the "Processes" tab, and check for any processes that might be using these ports.
- **Mac**: Open "Activity Monitor" (you can find it in Applications > Utilities), and check for processes using these ports.

3. **Stop Conflicting Services**: If you find any processes using these ports and you are sure you do not need them running, you can stop them. Be cautious and ensure you understand the impact of stopping these services on your system.

4. **Restart Your System**: After closing any conflicting applications or services, restart your computer. This will ensure that any changes you made take effect and that the ports are freed up properly.

5. **Retry EMSigner**: Once your system has restarted, try launching EMSigner again and see if the issue persists. If the ports are no longer in use by other applications, EMSigner should be able to start without encountering the port conflict error.

### Additional Tips:

- **Firewall and Security Software**: Sometimes, security software or firewalls can block or interfere with ports. Ensure that your firewall settings are not blocking the required ports for EMSigner.

- **EMSigner Configuration**: Check if EMSigner allows you to configure the ports it uses. If possible, configure EMSigner to use alternative ports that are not conflicting with other applications.

- **Technical Support**: If you continue to face issues after following these steps, consider contacting technical support for EMSigner or your DSC provider. They can provide more specific guidance or troubleshooting steps based on the software version and your operating system.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the port conflict issue with EMSigner and successfully use your Digital Signature Certificate.
