1.CAN one include stt in cost of equity? 2.can one simultaneously show capital gain and income from other sources( i.e income from capital assets like equity) what will be the status of income from derivatives, Futures and options like index futures, option)?
Plz reply only with supporting material or reference.

As per Price Waterhouse Manual which is published in the current year : 1. STT can be treated as cost of equity. I will like to send you the hard copy (xerox) if it is possible for you to post the address. I will also answer the second question by tommorrow as I am discussing the same with my circle.
